In regards to the miRNAs that were shown to have either oncogenic or tumor suppressor activity in many experimental systems as shown in Table 1, our results also showed similar up-regulation of the oncogenic miRNAs miR-10a and miR-146b as well as down regulation of the tumor suppressor miRNAs let-7a and let-7f in cancer when compared to the normal cells.
