Table Explorer is a web application that allows the exploratory access to the database of disentangled tables from biomedical literature. Dataset includes 6558 clinical trial articles from PubMed Central, containing 12787 processed tables. The tables were processed using TableDisentangler tool and made available on this web site. Tables also contain UMLS annotations.

This web application and TableDisentangler tool as well as a tool for information extraction from tables TabInOut were developed during the PhD of Nikola Milošević at the School of Computer Science, University of Manchester . The project was funded by Engineering and Physical Research Council and AstraZeneca.
