  • "articles_medline_2012" updated by Chengkun in 2012 May;
    • To note: abstracts with non-English language, although indexed with an English abstract) and those included in PubMed but not indexed by MEDLINE are not included. If you want those, please use EUtils to fetch it from PubMed. If you are using Java, you can use Chengkun's wrapper: [http://code.google.com/p/gneutils4j/]
  • "articles_medline_2011" updated by Martin a long time ago;
• PMC in the "shared" database:
  • "articles_pmc_may_2011" updated by Martin a long time ago;
  • "articles_pmc_2012" updated by Chengkun in 2012 May;
    • To note: currently the PMC 2012 has some issues with the ID, so please stick to PMC 2011 before the problem is fixed.
• Species mentions in the 'shared' database:
  • "medline_l_species" contains species mentions up to 2011
    • "species_medline_2012" contains species mentions up to 2012. Any species id's beginning with a 0 are not Entrez.
• Mesh terms in the 'shared' database
  • 'mesh_medline_2012' contains parsed mesh terms from medline up to 2012
